1./ Definition
Checking goods is the work of checking and comparing the products/goods received in the package sent by coccinella-ecofarm.com.vn with the products in the order that the customer requested.
2./ Time of checking goods
coccinella-ecofarm.com.vn accepts customers to check with the delivery staff at the time of receiving the goods (or within 30 minutes from when the customer receives the goods.)
After receiving the goods, if the customer checks and finds an error, the customer can contact the customer service department for support in returning or exchanging.
Note: Customers record a video when opening the package for comparison when necessary.
3./ Scope of goods inspection
Customers are allowed to count the actual quantity of products received, compare and contrast the products received with the products ordered on the order after the staff confirms the order according to the following criteria:
According to the basic properties of the goods: product name, quantity, customer information on the order documents.
According to the model shown by the representative image of the product saved when ordering and after the staff confirms the order.
Absolutely do not peel or open product boxes with sealed stamps or guarantee stamps.
Do not scratch off the codes of products with points or gift exchanges.
Customers are requested not to peel and use the products in the package while there are still problems during the goods inspection process with us
4./ Steps to handle when the goods received are not as ordered
When you jointly check, the products received are not as ordered by the customer on the order. Please contact the hotline: +84 (0) 28 3535 5671 to meet the customer service department to confirm the order.
In case coccinella-ecofarm.com.vn closes the wrong order according to the customer's request, the customer may not receive the goods or pay. In case the order has been paid, the customer can request to send a new order or not, coccinella-ecofarm.com.vn will refund the customer as soon as possible.
