1. Delivery methods
We use 02 delivery methods:
– Customers buy products directly at our company or store
– Ship goods through shipping units
2. Estimated time for delivery
After receiving order information, we will process the order within 24 hours and respond to customers with information about payment and delivery.
Delivery time: 3-5 days from order closing date or as agreed with the customer when placing the order.
However, there are also cases where delivery takes longer but only occurs in force majeure situations as follows:
– Our staff cannot contact customers by phone so we cannot deliver.
– The delivery address you provided is incorrect or difficult to find.
– A sudden increase in the number of orders causes slow order processing.
– The partner provides goods slower than expected, causing the delivery to be delayed or the shipping partner delivering the goods is delayed
Regarding shipping fees, we use an external shipping service, so shipping fees will be calculated according to the shipping unit's fees depending on the location and volume of the order. When we contact the customer again to confirm the order, we will quote the specific shipping fee to the customer.
3. Geographical restrictions on delivery
For provincial customers who want to buy in large quantities or wholesale customers who want to buy products, we will ask for delivery services from shipping companies and fees will be calculated according to the fees of the transportation service providers or according to the contractual agreement between the two parties.
4. Identify the responsibilities of traders and organizations providing logistics services for providing goods documents during the delivery process.
4.1. Obligations of the carrier:
The carrier is responsible for providing goods documents upon delivery from the charterer.
Ensuring adequate and safe transportation of goods to the designated location on time.
Deliver the goods to the person entitled to receive them.
Expenses related to the transportation of goods are paid according to agreement.
Compensate for damages to the charterer in case the carrier loses or damages the goods, unless otherwise agreed or otherwise prescribed by law.
4.2. Rights of the carrier:
Check the authenticity of the goods, bill of lading or other equivalent shipping documents.
Refuse to transport goods that do not match the type of property agreed in the contract.
Require the shipping hirer to pay the full shipping fee on time.
Refuse to transport prohibited goods or goods of dangerous or toxic nature.
4.3. Obligations of the charterer:
Pay the shipping fee in full to the carrier on time and by the agreed method.
Provide necessary information related to transported goods to ensure the safety of transported goods.
4.4. Rights of the charterer:
Request the carrier to transport the goods to the agreed location and time.
Directly or appoint a third person to receive back the goods hired for transportation.
5. Responsibility for goods damaged during transportation
Regarding providing goods documents during the delivery process.
For goods damaged due to the shipping process, whether the order was shipped by the store itself or shipped by a third party, we will be the party responsible for solving the problem for the customer.
Customers have the right to refuse to receive the product and request a return according to the "return and refund" regulations. If any problems arise, we will work again with the shipping partner to resolve compensation for the order according to the cooperation agreement between our company and the third partner providing shipping services.
Note: In case there is a delay in delivery, we will promptly inform the customer and the customer can choose between Cancel or Continue to wait for the goods.
